I can easily call Lincoln Pointe my home. I often find myself spending most of my free time at my home, rather than being out on the town. Also, I often find myself relieved when I arrive home after a long day. If I was able to, I would live here forever.

I find that living at Lincoln Pointe has been phenomenal. The staff cares and knows each tenant's name. The maintenance personnel are always friendly and willing to assist you with any issue. The apartment complex is safe and secure. The views of William's Island are wonderful and the convenience of local grocery stores and shops is just a quick walk, bike, or drive away.

I love it here! I relocated to Miami last year and feel lucky to have found Lincoln Pointe. The complex is clean and well maintained and quiet. I actually look forward to coming home to my apartment after work. I hope to remain living here until I leave the area.

Living at Lincoln Pointe is enjoyable on many levels. I really love the area, all the sidewalks and beautiful scenery on the bay. The pool and sundeck are a lovely touch and very relaxing. The apartments are spacious, clean and offer nice floorplans. The staff is very friendly & helpful. I would recommend living here. Although a bit expensive, you get what you pay for and you do get alot at Lincoln Pointe.

Living at Lincoln Pointe is wonderful. It is not a high rise like so many other apartments in Miami, which in my book is a plus. The staff is always willing to help out and they are extremely dog friendly. The property is well maintained and the amenities are nice.

Love this community, it's quaint, quiet and feels like home there is a peace and serenity that exists here and it is very welcoming. Myrna, Nadine , and Michelle and Brandy really do a great job to meet requests and demands. And they are all so friendly. Mike the maintenance guy really takes time to be of assistance and help out when maintenance requests are made. I love the website very convenient to pay apt fee and water and, I love being a part of William's Island .
